Idaho

Water, mold, and everything after.

Emergency extraction and drying, then the demolition, painting, pressure washing, junk removal and sod that put the place back together. IICRC certified, owner-operated, and accredited to survey a building for asbestos before anything gets torn out.

24/7 Emergency Response

Water coming in right now?

Mold can start on damp material within 24 to 48 hours. The sooner extraction and drying begin, the less has to be torn out and rebuilt.

The Difference

Certified, and the same hands every time.

01

IICRC WRT certified for water damage

Nothing stops someone buying a dehumidifier and calling themselves a restoration company. IICRC is the industry standard body for this trade, and the Water Damage Restoration Technician certification is worth checking for in whoever you hire.

02

Asbestos surveys done in-house

Federal rules require a proper asbestos inspection before most demolition and renovation work, and a visual once-over does not satisfy them. As an AHERA-accredited building inspector we can survey and sample on our own jobs, where most contractors have to stop and hire that out.

03

The person quoting is the person working

No sales rep who never returns, and no subcontractor you never agreed to. Owner-operated, so nothing is lost between the estimate and the work, and there is nobody to hide behind if it goes wrong.

04

We find the cause, not just the damage

Every mold problem has a water problem behind it. Remediating the visible growth without correcting the moisture source just books you a repeat visit in six months.

05

Documented to insurance standard

Moisture readings, photographs and a written scope on every water loss. That file is what an adjuster needs in order to approve a claim without an argument.

06

We say no to work we shouldn't do

Suspected asbestos, a load-bearing wall, a lawn that needs drainage before it needs turf. We will tell you and stop, rather than press on and hand you a bigger problem.

Recent Work

Actual jobs, actual equipment.

Three from the field. They show the part most people never see: the metering, the drying and the tear-out, which is where a restoration job is won or lost.

A thermo-hygrometer reading 41.5 percent relative humidity at 85.9 degrees, held up in a bathroom where black mold covers the lower walls and the floor has been stripped back to the slab.

Reading the room before touching it

Relative humidity and temperature logged on arrival. Numbers decide how a job is scoped, not how bad the wall looks in a photograph.

Structural drying in progress: a blue air scrubber, an LGR dehumidifier and two axial air movers directed into an open wall cavity.

Drying a wall cavity

Baseboard off, cavity opened and sheeted, then an air scrubber, an LGR dehumidifier and two axial movers placed to pull moisture out rather than push it around.

A bedroom stripped back to the studs with insulation exposed on every wall and debris gathered under plastic sheeting on the floor.

Tear-out, contained

Back to the studs where the material could not be saved, debris kept on sheeting rather than tramped through the rest of the house.

Where We Work

Idaho, and we know how it fails.

Not a list of states we could reach if somebody paid the mileage. One area, worked often enough to recognise the same three problems before they are fully visible.

  • Freeze-thaw splits supply lines in unheated crawlspaces, and the leak usually runs for days before anyone sees a stain.
  • Ground moisture rises through vented floors, which is where most of the mold we find under houses starts.
  • Grading sends runoff back at the foundation, so the same basement keeps getting wet until somebody fixes the dirt rather than the drywall.

Questions

Before you call.

How fast can you get here?

For water and mold emergencies we aim to be on site the same day, and we answer the phone around the clock. Scheduled work such as painting, sod or a clear-out is usually booked within the week.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. Estimates are free, and for most jobs we can give you a useful range over the phone before anyone drives out.

Do you work with insurance companies?

For water and mold losses we document the job the way an adjuster needs it: moisture readings, photographs and a written scope. That record is what gets a claim approved without a fight. The coverage decision itself always rests with your insurer.

Which areas do you cover?

We work across Idaho. If you are not sure whether your address is in range, call and ask. It is a quick answer.
